Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to answer calls and provide compassionate support to members nationwide. This fully remote role requires you to work the 3rd shift (including one weekend day) with compensation starting at $16 per hour.

You'll monitor alerts, document details in real-time, verify information, and maintain confidentiality while helping callers with empathy. Ideal candidates have HS diploma and 0–1 year in customer service; weekend/overtime flexibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, healthcare preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime.
• Ability to sit at a computer with headset; fast typing.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch accordingly.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms with care.
• Record call details and messages in real time.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues promptly.
• Proactively suggest preventative healthcare services.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
