Modivcare is hiring a remote Care Center Representative to respond to calls and alerts, provide compassionate support, and document actions in real time. The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and confidentiality while handling a high volume of inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact centers. Weekend availability and a remote work setup with reliable internet are required.

Mansioni

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, determine priorities, and dispatch responses.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy and accuracy.
Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time.
Verify and update customer information to keep records current.
Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
