Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work on second shift, including one weekend day.

You will handle incoming calls, document details in real-time, verify information, and maintain confidentiality while using CRM tools. A high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience are sufficient to start at $16 per

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a contact center or healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume of medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials securely.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
