Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to provide compassionate support across the country. The role is fully remote and starts at $16/hour with 3rd shift availability, including one required weekend day.

You will handle high-volume calls, document interactions in real-time, and maintain strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year customer service experience preferred in healthcare or contact center.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Remote capability requires minimum 50 Mbps down and 25 Mbps up.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and improvised responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and alarms, offering care during stressful moments.
• Record call details and dispatch information in real-time.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials securely.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for maintenance.
• Cross-sell or suggest preventative healthcare services where appropriate.
• Complete new hire training and comply with testing requirements.
