Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote position. You will answer incoming calls, provide compassionate support, and triage alerts to dispatch appropriate responses.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions in real-time, maintaining patient confidentiality, and assisting with preventative guidance. Requires 0–1 year in customer service, high school diploma or GED, proficient typing, and ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year customer service experience preferred in healthcare/contact center.
• Ability to handle 100+ calls per day and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure access to sensitive materials.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
