Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and peace of mind to individuals nationwide. This fully remote role starts on November 2, 2026 and requires a weekend day in the first shift.

You will handle calls, document details, and ensure empathetic, compliant service to members. The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, typing 35 WPM, and familiarity with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Type and talk simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
