Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role across multiple states. The position handles emergency and non-emergency calls, maintains compassionate, accurate documentation, and provides support to members using CRM systems and standard protocols.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year experience in customer service, and be able to work weekends with flexible hours. Training and compliance tests are required.
