Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. You will handle high volumes of calls, document interactions in real time, and maintain confidentiality while using CRM systems and MS Office.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year in customer service, with a remote setup and weekend availability. Training and compliance testing are included.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to handle high call volumes calmly and empathetically.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
