Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote role starts November 30, 2026 and requires empathetic communication while managing high call volumes across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year of customer service experience, strong 35 WPM typing, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information in the system to ensure records are current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
