Modivcare is seeking a remote Care Center Representative to handle high-volume calls and alerts with empathy and professionalism. The role requires weekend availability, 2nd shift, and a starting wage of $16/hour.

You will use CRM tools to document interactions, verify data, and ensure accurate records, while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of customer service experience, strong typing (35 WPM), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact centers.
• Remote capability with minimum 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.
• Able to sit at a computer with headset and handle 100+ calls per day.
• Strong typing skills and ability to navigate multiple screens.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and ad‑hoc responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and data.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple systems.
