Sedgwick is seeking a Capture Manager to join the Strategy, Business Development, and Partnership team. You will gather intelligence, forecast pipelines, and lead capture strategies, proposals, and client presentations, supporting contracting and go-live.

The role emphasizes cross-functional influence and market expansion. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in capture/proposal leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM and AI-assisted research tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• At least eight (8) years of relationship building, capture/proposal management, and strategic planning in the claims management or risk management area or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to pipeline forecasting, lead capture, and competitive analysis tools and dashboards.
• Conducts market research and analysis on clients, stakeholders, partners, and competitors.
• Supports business cases for targeted opportunities with value propositions and revenue projections.
• Engages across all stages of the sales cycle, including forecasting, lead capture, proposal development, client presentations, contracting, and go-live.
• Develops and writes client presentations and post-proposal materials.
• Tracks and reports metrics and ROI for capture strategies and proposal success.
• Provides training and guidance to proposal teams.
• Initial focus on casualty business development with potential to expand to other lines.
