Job summary

Talentoma in the United States is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist responsible for identifying and engaging candidates aligned with active hiring needs. This fully remote role is based in South Carolina, with a 40-hour weekly commitment and collaboration with recruiters and stakeholders.

You will build talent pools, craft outreach messages, and maintain clean records in iCIMS, Calendly, and Excel. Opportunistic growth and ongoing onboarding support are included.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in talent sourcing or recruiting coordination.
• Experience using an ATS like iCIMS or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work fully remote from South Carolina with US work authorization.
• Proficient in Excel and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Review the sourcing queue, recruiter requests, emails, and candidate replies to understand open role priorities and next actions.
• Meet with recruiters to clarify target backgrounds, required capabilities, location considerations, and outreach approach for assigned searches.
• Research potential candidates through approved professional networks, job boards, referrals, and publicly available career information.
• Build search strings and filters that identify relevant talent while reflecting recruiter direction and role requirements.
• Review candidate profiles for relevant experience, career history, and stated interest before beginning outreach.
• Create personalized outreach messages, respond to candidate questions, and share accurate role information approved by the recruiting team.
• Update candidate profiles, outreach activity, search notes, and status changes in an applicant-tracking system such as iCIMS.
• Coordinate candidate availability and recruiter conversations using a scheduling and calendar such as Calendly, confirming details with all participants.
• Maintain search trackers and organize sourcing activity using spreadsheets and data entry such as Microsoft Excel to support recruiter visibility.
• Follow up on pending candidate responses and expedite unclear role details, candidate concerns, or priority changes to the assigned recruiter or sourcing team lead.
• Measure work quality through accurate profile updates, timely outreach and follow-up, complete notes, and useful candidate matches for each search.
