Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting operations.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience with scheduling, pipeline management and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service when interacting with candidates and managers.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, candidate travel, and scheduling for a smooth candidate experience.
• Support offers, background checks, onboarding, and new-hire documentation.
• Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and talent acquisition programs.
• Manage recruiting invoices, expenses, and candidate travel reimbursements.
• Assist recruiters and hiring managers with recruiting systems, projects, and day-to-day inquiries.
