Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience preferred.
• Interest in recruiting coordination, interview logistics, and creating clear candidate interactions.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and Google Calendar preferred.
• Ability to write concise, courteous messages and explain process steps clearly.
• Ability to prioritize incoming requests and communicate schedule changes to candidates and recruiters.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work supporting candidates and recruiting partners from a professional home workspace.
• Structured onboarding and training on Greenhouse, Google Calendar, templates, and workflows.
• Regular check-ins with the recruiting team lead for guidance and workload support.

Responsabilités

• Review candidate inquiries received through email, recruiter requests, and Greenhouse, route to next step.
• Confirm candidate contact details, interview preferences, and availability before arranging meetings or updates.
• Coordinate interview calendars through Google Calendar, considering interviewer availability and time differences.
• Send clear interview confirmations, reminders, access details, and preparation information using templates.
• Update candidate stages, notes, interview outcomes, and scheduled activity in Greenhouse.
• Follow up when information is missing or schedule changes are needed.
• Alert team lead about urgent scheduling conflicts or candidate concerns.
