Talentoma in the United States seeks a People Operations Coordinator to support employee lifecycle workflows in a fully remote role. You will coordinate routine requests, maintain records, and partner with recruiters, payroll contacts, and managers to ensure timely guidance and smooth handoffs.

This position requires a 40-hour week and strong remote-work discipline. Candidates should have 1–2 years in HR coordination, familiarity with BambooHR, Calendly, Trello, and Excel, and excellent written

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related people operations or HR coordination experience.
• Experience with BambooHR and HR processes.
• Familiarity with Calendly, Trello, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple routine requests with discretion.
• Reliable remote work setup and 40-hour weekly commitment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work from Ohio.

Mansioni

• Monitor shared email and HR tasks to identify new requests.
• Review details for completeness and log status updates.
• Coordinate new hire activities and orientations.
• Update employee profiles in BambooHR and flag discrepancies.
• Schedule orientations and internal meetings using Calendly.
• Organize tasks with Trello and track progress.
• Use Excel to reconcile tracker details and prepare summaries.
• Follow up with stakeholders for outstanding information.
• Escalate unusual requests to team lead with context.
• Close completed requests with notes and notify requesters.
• Meet quality expectations with timely updates and follow-up.
