Job summary

Swoon is recruiting on behalf of a global media franchise for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support remote, US-based recruitment. The role covers interview coordination, candidate travel, scheduling, onboarding, background checks, and processing offers and recruiting invoices.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting operations with hands-on Greenhouse experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.

Our client, a global media franchise, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team!

Location: Remote

Hours: 40 hours a week

Contract Duration: 6 months with high potential to convert/extend

Pay Rate: $20-24/hr
