Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Talent Coordinator for a 6-Month remote contract. You will support high-volume hiring and ensure an excellent candidate experience across busy recruitment processes.

You will manage interviews, coordinate calendars across time zones, maintain ATS data, chase feedback, and assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects. A fast-paced, detail-oriented communicator thrives in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate experience, or a similar high-volume environment.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of activity.
• Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident, proactive communicator with a “get it done” attitude.
• Strong calendar management and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting high-volume hiring and delivering a great candidate experience across busy recruitment processes.
