Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related coordinating or office work preferred.
• Familiarity with candidate workflows, scheduling, and recruiter handoffs.
• Ability to learn Lever and update hiring stages.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook for calendar coordination.
• Strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inquiries, recruiter requests, and ATS updates to identify next actions.
• Review candidate profiles for contact details and materials.
• Enter and update candidate stages, notes, and interview details in Lever.
• Respond to routine candidate questions with approved information.
• Coordinate interview calendars using Outlook.
• Send interview details, reminders, and rescheduling updates.
• Maintain trackers in Google Sheets for open tasks and status.
• Follow up with non-responsive candidates and notify recruiters.
• Escalate unclear role details or scheduling conflicts.
• Support quality standards with accurate notes and timely follow-up.
