Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Gather and follow customer requirements on first contact.
• Record accurate unit location and billing information during calls.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely estimates and updates.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events and status.
• Keep customers informed and follow their instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when issues arise.
• Manage time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
