Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of call center experience required.
• Must have previous home improvement experience in a call center setting.
• Experience with Lead Perfection CRM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team.
• Communicate the value of products and services to educate clients.
• Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls and meet appointment goals.
• Log all activity and client information accurately in CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
