The ideal candidate has home-improvement sales experience, works well independently in a fast-paced setting, and can educate prospects about products and services while logging details in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Must have previous home improvement experience in a call center setting.
• 1+ year of call center experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team.
• Communicate the value of company products and services to educate prospective clients.
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and meet appointment-conversion goals.
• Follow the designated sales process for appointment setting including collecting accurate client information.
• Ensure all activity is logged in CRM with high-quality data.
• Provide excellent customer service to create positive experiences.
