Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a Call Center Representative to drive appointments and promote our premium remodeling solutions. The role focuses on phone-based interactions, educating clients on products, and delivering exceptional service from a fast-paced remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of call center experience, home improvement sales background, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability is required, with EST hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred.
• Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of call center experience required.
• Experience with Lead Perfection CRM a plus.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Be energetic and have a positive attitude.
• Must be task oriented and driven to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team.
• Communicate the value of company products and services to educate prospective clients.
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and meet appointment conversion goals.
• Follow the designated sales process for appointment setting including confirming client information.
• Ensure all activity and information is logged in CRM accurately.
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience for prospective and potential customers.
