Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team.
• Communicate the value of products and services to educate prospective clients.
• Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls and meet appointment goals.
• Follow the sales process to confirm client information.
• Log all activity accurately in CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
