Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement or call center sales preferred (not required).
• 1+ year of call center experience required.
• Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time hours and weekends.
• Must have home‑improvement experience in a call center setting.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments for the sales team by engaging with prospective clients.
• Explain value of products and services to educate prospects.
• Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls and meet appointment goals.
• Log all activity and client information accurately in the CRM.
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure positive experiences.
