Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a remote Call Center Representative to drive appointment setting and educate prospects on our bathroom and kitchen remodeling solutions.

The ideal candidate brings home-improvement inside sales experience, strong communication, and a positive, energetic approach to a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling with EST hours required and a full-time W2 role.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in a home-improvement sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience required.
• Excellent phone and communication skills; energetic and driven.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team.
• Explain product value and educate prospects on Bath & Cabinet Experts offerings.
• Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls and meet appointment targets.
• Record accurate client information and log activities in the CRM.
