Job summary

Lithia Home Office seeks an Account Service Representative to join our Shared Services Call Center. This remote, PST-hours role supports customers with account inquiries, policy questions, and service requests while ensuring records are accurate.

You will handle inbound calls, perform data entry, and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service. Prior call center experience and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Remote work experience and ability to work independently.
• Customer service or call center experience in detail-oriented environment.
• Strong data entry and computer navigation across multiple systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced call center.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, policy questions, and service requests.
• Explain policy terms and cancellation processes clearly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to resolve questions.
