S3 Shared Services is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to join our remote Contact Center team. You will answer phone calls, assist members with questions about accounts, products, and rates, and strive to exceed expectations in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
• Ability to navigate and utilize multiple platforms/computer software simultaneously.
• Experience in a remote work environment with dual monitors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and utilizes knowledge of credit union products to provide information and assist with requests.
• Completes required member verification, reviews accounts, and communicates with management to remedy issues in a remote environment.
• Specializes in digital, cards, or loans-related queue and processes related transactions.
