Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage a high-volume AR portfolio for parts and service accounts, delivering timely collections and resolving billing inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

This remote role requires strong communication, proficiency in Excel and SharePoint, and prior remote work experience. You will handle 100+ emails daily, 50+ outbound calls, and collaborate with internal teams to keep records accurate.

• Experience in a high-volume communication environment (verbal & written).
• Prior remote work experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume AR portfolio across a large customer base.
• Communicate with customers through 100+ emails per day and a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily.
• Drive timely payment collection while maintaining a strong customer experience.
• Handle inbound AR-related calls and billing inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Analyze customer communications and proactively address key issues to reduce repeat contact and back-and-forth.
• Research and resolve service and parts billing discrepancies.
• Interpret and communicate third-party data exchanges clearly and effectively to customers.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and system updates (including Excel-based tracking).
• Partner with internal teams and utilize tools such as SharePoint to manage documentation and workflows.
• Respond to both internal and external inquiries within established service-level timelines.
