Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative to manage collections for service and parts customers in a remote role. You will handle a high-volume portfolio, respond to inquiries, and drive timely payments while preserving service quality.

The ideal candidate has AR or related accounting experience, proficient Excel/SharePoint skills, and a proven ability to work remotely with strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable, collections, customer service, or related accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a fully remote environment.
• Experience in a high-volume communication environment (verbal & written).
• Working knowledge of Excel, SharePoint and AR Platforms.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize daily items and aging tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume AR portfolio across a large customer base.
• Communicate with customers through 100+ emails per day and a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily.
• Drive payment collection while maintaining a strong customer experience.
• Handle inbound AR-related calls and billing inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Analyze customer communications and proactively address key issues to reduce repeat contact and back-and-forth.
• Research and resolve service and parts billing discrepancies.
• Interpret and communicate third-party data exchanges clearly and effectively to customers.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and system updates (including Excel-based tracking).
• Partner with internal teams and utilize tools such as SharePoint to manage documentation and workflows.
