INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM capabilities with custom manufacturers. This fully remote role across North America partners with Sales to demonstrate workflows, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and support complex deals.

You will work with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with the INNERGY platform and drive successful outcomes from design to CNC output.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry or casework industries.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within manufacturing software/CAD/CAM.
• Ability to build trust with shop owners, engineers, and production managers.
• Consultative, problem-first mindset with ability to map bottlenecks to practical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and related systems.
• Thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment; owns outcomes.
• Ability to demonstrate parametric design, libraries, and production outputs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; can explain CNC post-processors to shop owners.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM and articulate fit within the INNERGY ecosystem.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support technical validations, proof-of-concepts, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Refine demo environments, libraries, renderings, and manufacturing outputs.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Contribute to education efforts through sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn.
