INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers in a fully remote North America role. You will partner with Sales to run technical pre-sales, tailor demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering and represent INNERGY at trade shows and events, contributing to education sessions and webinars. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Background in architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry strongly preferred
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel up to 25% for trade shows and visits
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (libraries, post-processors)

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments
• Support technical validations, proof-of-concepts, and complex deals
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities
• Voice of the customer, channel feedback to Product and Sales leadership
• Refine demo environments, including libraries, renderings, and manufacturing outputs
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events
• Support education sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn as subject matter expert
