Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical bridge between CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers, partnering with Sales to demonstrate end-to-end workflows from design through CNC output. You will translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and represent INNERGY at trade shows and events.

Travel up to 25% is expected. This fully remote role supports North American customers from coast to coast, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions engineering within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments.
• Hands-on CAD/CAM experience with Toolbox, libraries, post-processors.
• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or custom manufacturing preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align needs with capabilities.
• Provide customer voice to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
