INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM products and custom manufacturers. You will partner with Sales to demonstrate CAD/CAM value, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and support complex deals across North America in a fully remote capacity.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, refine demos, and represent the customer perspective to leadership.

Qualifications

Background in architectural millwork or cabinetry strongly preferred.
3+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering or technical consulting within manufacturing software.
Able to build trust with shop owners, engineers, and production managers.
Hands-on CAD/CAM experience with Toolbox, libraries, post-processors.
Experience in high-accountability SaaS environments.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and client visits.

Responsabilités

Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, outputs).
Guide engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
Support technical validations, proofs-of-concept, and complex deals.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
Refine demo environments, libraries, renderings, and outputs.
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
Support education sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn as a subject matter expert.
