INNERGY is seeking a remote Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM capabilities and custom manufacturers across North America. You will collaborate with Sales to drive pre-sales cycles, present tailored demonstrations, and translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

You will work with Product and Engineering to ensure customer needs shape the product roadmap, and you will engage at industry events to represent INNERGY and capture market feedback.

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows, making complex capabilities tangible for prospects.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, channeling feedback on trends, gaps, and opportunities to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
