INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. In this fully remote role, you’ll partner with Sales to drive pre‑sales, deliver tailored demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions that fit architectual millwork and cabinetry workflows.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering, travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits, and represent INNERGY at industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post‑processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre‑sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through engineer‑to‑order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
