Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a fully remote role across North America to bridge CAD/CAM capabilities with custom millwork manufacturers. You’ll partner with Sales to drive the technical pre-sales cycle, deliver demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions, from design through CNC output.

This remote role requires collaboration with Product and Engineering, representation at trade shows, and up to 25% travel for events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post‑processors).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.
• Background in architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM and articulate how CAD/CAM fits within the broader INNERGY ecosystem
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs)
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
• Voice of the customer internally, channeling feedback on trends, gaps, and opportunities to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership
• Travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events
