INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM capabilities with custom manufacturers, enabling design through CNC output. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales success and demonstrate the value of INNERGY's ERP ecosystem.

You will translate complex CAD/CAM workflows into clear customer outcomes, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and represent INNERGY at trade shows and events across North America. Remote role with travel as needed.

Competenze

3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or cabinetry-related manufacturing is preferred.
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or CAD/CAM-based systems.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Mansioni

Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close, articulating how CAD/CAM fits within the INNERGY ecosystem.
Lead tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
