Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM design and production for custom manufacturing. You’ll partner with Sales to demonstrate how CAD/CAM workflows integrate within the INNERGY ecosystem, turning customer needs into practical, scalable solutions.

This fully remote role covers North America, with travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits. You’ll work with Product and Engineering to shape future capabilities and support education sessions for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering in a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
• Hands-on CAD/CAM experience with Toolbox, libraries, post-processors.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery to close.
• Lead tailored demos of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing contexts.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align needs with capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry events and customer meetings.
• Support validations, proofs-of-concept, and complex deals.
