INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales cycles, deliver tailored demos, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions that integrate with the INNERGY suite.

This remote role requires strong experience in CAD/CAM, manufacturing software, and consultative problem-solving. Travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment preferred.
• Background in architectural millwork or cabinetry industry strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical demonstrations.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, outputs).
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support validations, proofs-of-concepts, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Refine demo environments, including libraries and renderings.
• Attend trade shows and customer events as a subject matter expert.
