You will analyze workflows, quantify current costs, and deliver robust analyses using Lob's data and AI tools. The role demands strategic thinking, stakeholders management, and clear executive communication.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end state and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and GTM.
• Diagnose and redesign workflows, quantify current-state costs, and implement replacements.
• Deliver analysis behind program decisions using Lob's data and AI tooling.
• Document programs on completion and hand off to a permanent owner with a survivable metric.
• Prepare and deliver program reviews and leadership updates with recommendations.
