Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Business Intake Liaison to manage the client/matter intake process. You will gather information, interview attorneys, and ensure data accuracy before entering it into firm systems.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. The position may be filled remotely or at any location, with responsibilities including ensuring timely and accurate intake, maintaining records, and resolving data issues to

Competenze

• 3-5 years in legal or customer service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excellent client and customer service skills
• Ability to assess accuracy of data and make sound judgments
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes

Mansioni

• Own intake information to move matters to Open for Time and Open for Billing status
• Evaluate data from other areas for accuracy before updating systems
• Research and resolve data issues to completion
• Manage the business intake process and follow up on outstanding items
• Maintain accurate business records in the firm’s database
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential clients
• Liaise with cross-functional areas to support intake experience
• Other duties as assigned
