Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Business Intake Liaison to manage the intake process for new work, gathering information from attorneys and clients and ensuring data accuracy before entry into firm systems.

You will lead cross-functional coordination during intake, track outstanding items, maintain records, and deliver excellent client service. The role supports time and billing workflows and information governance across a national firm.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED; 2-year degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a legal or customer service environment.
• Proficient in MS Office apps (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and EMS.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to assess data accuracy and make sound judgments.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Ownership of attorney requests for business to be opened in firm systems including attaining intake information to move a matter to Open for Time and Open for Billing.
• Evaluate data provided by other functional areas for accuracy before updating firm systems.
• Research and resolve reports of inaccurate data to completion.
• Own issues that affect downstream areas and resolve to minimize CRM/client impact.
• Manage the business intake process with tracking and follow-up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date business records in the firm’s database.
• Provide excellent client service to clients and potential clients.
• Stay aware of cross-functional areas and build relationships to strengthen the intake experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
