Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Business Intake Liaison to manage new work intake, gather required information from attorneys or clients, and ensure data accuracy before entering firm systems. The role leads cross-functional collaboration to complete intake efficiently and accurately.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a legal or client service setting, strong MS Office skills, and exceptional communication and organizational abilities. This position may be filled remotely or at any firm location.

Competenze

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in a legal or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and EMS.
• Excellent client and customer service skills.
• Strong data accuracy and judgment abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Own intake requests and move matters to Open for Time and Open for Billing.
• Evaluate data for accuracy before updating firm systems.
• Research and resolve data issues to completion.
• Manage the business intake process and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate business records in the firm’s database.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional areas to ensure smooth intake.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
