Qualifications

• 3-5 years' relevant experience in a legal or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and EMS required.
• Excellent client and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns attorney requests for business openings in firm systems.
• Gathers intake information via interviews or forms to move matters forward.
• Ensures accuracy of data before updating firm systems.
• Investigates and resolves data discrepancies across departments.
• Manages the business intake process and tracks outstanding items.
• Maintains up-to-date business records in the firm’s database.
• Provides excellent service to clients and prospects.
• Keeps informed about cross-functional areas and builds relationships.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
