Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a legal or customer service environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and EMS required.
• Excellent client and customer service skills.
• Ability to assess data accuracy and make sound judgments.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake process for new work, ensuring accurate data collection from attorneys and clients.
• Review and verify information before uploading into firm systems.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration during intake to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date business records and provide excellent client service.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across conflicts, docketing, billing, and information governance.
