Qualifications

• 2- to 5-year experience in legal or customer service environment is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and EMS
• Excellent client and customer service skills; ability to assess data accuracy and make sound judgments
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes; excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management, research, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Owns the intake process for new work and leads data gathering from attorneys and clients
• Evaluates information for accuracy before uploading to firm systems
• Resolves data issues across downstream areas and ensures completion
• Manages intake tracking and follows up on outstanding items
• Maintains accurate business records in the firm database
• Provides excellent client service and builds cross-functional relationships
• Keeps informed about conflicts, information governance, docketing, billing needs
• Other duties as assigned
