You will own requests to open matters, verify data from conflicts, docketing, and billing, and provide excellent client service while maintaining meticulous records. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a legal or customer service environment is required, preferably in a professional services setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and EMS required.
• Excellent client and customer service skills.
• Strong data accuracy and judgment in evaluating information.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake process for new work, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients, gathering required information.
• Review and validate data before entry into firm systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with conflicts, information governance, docketing, and billing teams.
• Maintain accurate business records and provide excellent client service.
• Handle open matters and track outstanding items to resolution.
