The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in legal or customer service, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a legal or customer service environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake process for new work and ensure accuracy before uploading to firm systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration during intake to ensure efficiency and completion.
• Maintain up-to-date business records in the firm’s database and provide excellent client service.
• Identify and resolve data issues across conflicts, billing, docketing, and information governance.
