RMS Roller-Grinder is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to expand our market presence remotely. You will identify new markets, develop strategic plans, and drive outbound prospecting with an emphasis on cold calling to generate opportunities and pipelines.

You’ll connect with decision-makers, deliver engaging presentations and demos, travel to trade shows as needed, and collaborate with sales and marketing to refine strategies.
