Job summary

Desort, a growing recruitment and staffing firm, seeks a results-driven Recruitment Business Development Representative to expand into new industries nationwide. This remote role focuses on generating new recruitment business through high-volume outreach to business owners, executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers.

You will build relationships from scratch, create conversations, and drive measurable growth by leveraging outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, B2B sales, recruiting, staffing, or agency sales.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and cold calling.
• Ability to identify and reach decision-makers.
• Persistent follow-up to generate results.
• Ability to sell a service and communicate its value.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to employers nationwide.
• Identify and reach the right hiring decision-makers.
• Cold call, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies.
• Introduce Desort and position our recruitment services as a solution to hiring challenges.
• Identify companies with current or upcoming hiring needs.
• Develop new client relationships from the ground up.
• Build and consistently manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up persistently and turn prospects into clients.
